On 14 November 2016 Matthew Booth moved to the new role of a Lecturer in Experimental Physics. Originally Matthew joined the new School of Mathematics and Physics in the College of Science at the University of Lincoln in September 2015 as a Senior Technician.
Matthew graduated from the University of Leeds in 2009 with a joint honours degree in Mathematics and Physics and obtained a PhD from the Leeds Molecular and Nanoscale Physics Group in 2014. His research is focussing on the synthesis and characterisation of cadmium-free quantum dots for biological imaging applications.
