Special issue of Journal of Algebra dedicated to Prof. Efim Zelmanov

Charlotte Scott Centre for Algebra

A special issue of Journal of Algebra has just appeared dedicated to Prof. Efim Zelmanov on occasion of his 60th birthday (many of the papers were also reported at the corresponding conference in his honour). Prof. Zelmanov is a Fields Medal laureate, one of the most distinguished contemporary mathematicians. He is a member of our School’s External Advisory Board and an Honorary Doctor of University of Lincoln (apart from many other distinctions and awards). Evgeny Khukhro was one of the special editors of this issue, as well as a contributor of a paper (joint with Pavel Shumyatsky).
